Our mission was to produce an attractive Garden Office that was available in modular format, which allowed the customer to position the door and windows to their own requirements. We had to include insulation, secondary lining and electrical components, and make it ready to be connected to mains power. The installation of such a building had to be done within a single day and be at an affordable price. 

The original concept was born from the standard Warwick Buildings Studio, and featured wood effect u-PVC Double Glazed doors and windows, with the fitting of the insulation and secondary lining initially done on site. The first offices featured a flat internal ceiling, giving the distinct feeling of a "box" room whilst electrics were left to the customer to provide and fit, resulting in the wiring and the plug sockets sitting proud of the walls.

Further research found that it is not possible to assemble, line and insulate a building on site within a single day, whilst many people have commented that u-PVC windows are not ideally suited to a timber building. Fortunately our prototypes have been sold on, which has allowed us to create the current building to the high specifications which we are offering today.

Featuring an insulated floor, a unique design for the walls, hidden electrics, a cleverly designed roofing system, and finished with felt tiles, we are delighted to offer you the Warwick Garden Office.
